The Matrix

The movie is good. when i first saw it when it came out i was like umm no i don't want to see it. i gave it a try and honestly did not understand it, its one of my brother in law favorite movie and when he try to explain it to me i still would not understand it. Then i went to see part two and still did not understand and when part three came out it became a little bit more clear. the movie is still confusing when i saw it in class but Dr. C. Jason Smith explain a few pointer during the movie that made me go ohhh now i get it a little bit more. what i understand so far is that they have two worlds the real world and the fake world. the red pill is the real actual world how it is, and the blue pill is the world that can be consider the fake world. the movie is set in a dark mood, in the real world the characters look sad and depressing example they wear grey shirts that is big with hole, and the hair style is different. then in the fake world that is called the matrix everyone is dressed nice but the character who lives in the real world that goes into the matrix always end up wearing black accept for one character that she was all in white. in other words they don't look sad and depress in the matrix. the whole point of the movie is that they are trying to break free away from all the rules in the matrix and trying to save the fake world with people to actually open their eyes.

Hironelly i really liked the way you explained the movie.I kinda felt the way you did like i didnt understand it at first.I think for those people who did understand the movie should read your blog and then they might get a better understanding of the movie.

You're not the only one that felt like they didn't understand the movie the first time. The first time I just sat there and was like "whats going on" but liked it for its action scenes. Dr. J did make me understand better and little by little I realized so that's what it means. I was to young to capture and notice some of the things said and done like when it said follow the rabbit. I like your honesty about not understanding the film I thought I was the only one.

Don't worry i didnt really understand the movie but I think my reasons is more on the line because I was never ever interested in seeing the matrix.

Nelly I agree with you because when it first came out I didn't understand it either. I was like 9 when it came out so I was really clueless. I didn't Get until the 3rd one either, but in class I understood it better when Dr. J explained it.

Ah Nelly! I felt the same way when the Matrix came out in the theatres. When I first saw it I was like ten years old and didn't understand anything of what was going on! But now when we saw it in class and Dr. J began to explain certain scenes in the movie, I began to understand ideas in the movie more clearly!
